In the aerospace sector, our standout capabilities include precision sheet metal fabrication Ve structural welding. We operate a large-format water jet cutting center, which uses high-pressure water mixed with grit—delivered through diamond or ruby nozzles—to cut metals such as aluminum, steel, and titanium into near-net shapes. This process is driven by 3D CAD files to ensure exceptional precision, and we work with a wide variety of metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and brass, offering multiple finishing options such as anodizing and powder coating.
Our structural welding services are integral to our value-added fabrication process, supported by additional operations such as EDM, lapping, grinding, and heat treating. MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding are performed using dedicated equipment designed to control the unique heating and cooling requirements essential for structural integrity. To meet the increasingly demanding performance requirements in aerospace, defense, and high-precision industrial applications, we offer a comprehensive suite of advanced metal surface treatment and coating technologies engineered to significantly enhance the durability, wear resistance, corrosion protection, and thermal stability of mission-critical components. Our surface engineering capabilities include electroplating (such as hard chrome, electroless and electrolytic nickel, and gold plating), anodizing for aluminum alloys (Type II and Type III for corrosion and abrasion resistance), and chemical conversion coatings such as chromate and phosphate treatments.
We also provide thermal spray technologies including High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) Ve plasma spraying, which deposit dense ceramic or metallic layers onto part surfaces to improve wear and temperature resistance. Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Ve Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) are utilized for achieving ultra-hard, low-friction coatings with high thermal stability, especially for aerospace turbine components and precision mechanical interfaces.
In addition, we deploy laser-based technologies such as laser cladding, which enables metallurgically bonded overlays using custom alloy powders to repair or reinforce high-value components, and laser hardening, which provides localized surface hardening with minimal distortion—ideal for gears, shafts, and aerospace structural parts where high surface hardness and core ductility must coexist. For temperature-sensitive materials and geometrically complex parts, we apply cold spray technology, which uses supersonic particles to build up protective or functional coatings without thermally affecting the substrate, making it especially advantageous for repairing lightweight alloy parts in UAVs and aircraft.
We also offer powder coating, epoxy and polymer-based coatings, Ve decorative and functional finishes designed for both industrial and aesthetic purposes. All processes are tailored to material type, mechanical load, service environment, and customer specifications, with rigorous in-house support for metallurgical analysis, coating thickness control, surface roughness profiling, Ve adhesion and hardness testing.
